Traditionally sambal is used as an all-purpose condiment. It may be added to noodle dishes, stews, meat, rice, and even eggs. Sambal can also be used to add heat and flavor to marinates
Sambal fry meat/seafood:
1. Heat up 30g oil, add in 300g meat/seafood and stir fry a bit
2. Add in 100g paste, stir fry until cooked
3.Optional to add in a little bit of water if too dry
Sambal also perfect to serve with hot rice or noodle
