Stew meats/seafood/vegetables, marinate, hotpot, serve with rice or noodle and perfect to marinate
Curry Chicken/Other Meat/Seafood:
1. Heat up 100g paste and add in 350g chicken/Other Meat/Seafood
2.Add in 80ml coconut milk & 80ml water, slow heat until cooked.
Curry Fried Rice/Noodle:
1. Heat up 30g oil, add in 1 egg stir fry to scramble egg
2.Add in 200g rice/noodle and stir fry
3.Add in 30g paste and stir fry until cooked
1. Boil 1.5L water in the pot
2. Add in 200g paste and simmer for 5 minutes until boiled.
3. Ready to serve with preferred meats and vegetables
Mantou/Bread with Curry dip:
1. Heat up the paste with mixture of some hot water.
2.Stir and mix well. Dip with bread/mantou.
